On a mission to inspire genuine leadership

I want my clients to win while showing up as their genuine selves. As a coach, I have the lived experience of being a corporate executive, spending 26 years in engineering and product leadership roles in the tech industry, including within the C-Suite.

An engineer by training, I use my analytical mind to navigate complexity. I discern individual details and convert them into higher-level truth. I find and solve the root causes of challenges rather than addressing symptoms.

I am practical about the corporate experience while remaining open to new approaches and ideas. I’m a staunch supporter of my clients and relish helping them improve their business and personal performance.
