My Experience
I am a former corporate executive, spending 26 years in engineering and product leadership roles in the tech industry, including within the C-Suite. During my corporate career at National Instruments, I gained extensive technical and business leadership experience through leading numerous R&D development teams, spearheading product strategy and guiding organization design. In addition, I learned business development and teaming skills by managing a business critical P&L, sponsoring a large M&A integration and leading company cross-functional initiatives.
I founded Breyer Coaching in 2022 and became Certified as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) by the International Coaching Federation and as a Certified Executive Coach by the Center for Executive Coaching. I am an engineer by education and training, holding a BSEE in Electrical Engineering from Rice University.
